These appointments are bookable up to four weeks in advance via telephone, calling into the surgery or online booking.

On the day appointments are only available for URGENT medical needs such as shortness of breath, chest pains, infections, elderly patients or poorly children.

The staff will offer you the next routine appointment unless you feel your condition requires an on the day appointment.

If you would like to book an appointment, please contact 0113 4677499 option 1 for appointments or if you would like to register for online booking, please bring photo ID to the surgery.  The staff will print you a PIN and password to access the system to book appointments online or request a repeat prescription online.
